Peppers:

Almost all varieties os peppers belong to the family of food with the Latin name Capsicum Annuum. There are hundreds of different types of hot peppers that vary in taste, size, texture, shape, color and spice. We are producers of Trinidad Scorpion, Naga Bhut Jolokia, Habanero, Scotch Bonnet and Cayenne peppers

Passion Fruit (Passiflora Edulis):

Passion fruit is a member of the of Passiflora and grows on a climbing-plant. There are usually two main passion fruit commonly used for commercial purposes: a purple variety, and the yellow variety. We give preference to the production of the purple variety because it is sweeter. The fruit contains a yellow, jelly-like pulp with a scattering of black edible seeds.

Chayote (Sechium edule):

Sechium edule is a perennial, monoecious climber, with thickened roots and slender, branching stems up to 10 m long. The fruit is a vegetable-fruit that can be rounded or in the form of a pear, can have smooth bark or thorns and its color can vary from light green to dark green. We produce the ones with smooth bark.

Snails:

We raise snails Helix Aspersa Máxima (Gros Gris) in a controlled environment for commercial purposes. Snail farming  allows us to control several important factors such as temperature, lighting, humidity, and food allowing snails to grow healthy which results in a better breeding performance, faster rate of growth, higher reproduction yields and it meets the highest standards of quality. We sell live snails weighing between 17 and 22 grams each, properly dried, purged and packed in net bags.
